Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were noticeable larger in space and better than expected, but they were very small and dark due to the concrete wall finish and tiny window, which made them seem a little pricey. The service at Ghumeli rooftop kitchen was friendly and helpful, but there were instances where our requests were ignored. The location was ideal, just a few steps from Liberty Square with plenty of dining options, but the dining experience was a bit disappointing with the expensive breakfast options. Overall, it's a nice boutique hotel with a great Georgian restaurant nearby.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were connected with a door, leading to a lack of privacy, but the front office staff was amazing and polite. The location was close to the city center, although the surrounding area was not very clean. The dining experience was decent but could use some improvements. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
The hotel had lovely rooms with everything you could need, such as a well-stocked mini-bar and a spacious shower with plenty of hot water. However, there were some issues with a leaking roof in the bathroom and living room, and the rooms, albeit well-equipped, were on the smaller side.
